Return Policy
The buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify Bespoke Watch of his decision by email before the end of the 14-day period.
Return times and costs
After notification, the product must be returned no later than 14 days. The buyer bears the direct costs of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed with Bespoke Watch.
Shipping and completeness
The returned watch must be shipped by a trackable and fully insured method to the address previously provided to Bespoke Watch. The watch must be returned in its full package:
- original box;
- documents;
- warranty cards;
- certificates;
- additional bracelet links;
- other components received with the product.
Checking the condition of the product
Before shipping, Bespoke Watch records the condition of the watch, its serial number, reference and completeness. Upon return, the product's identity and condition are checked.
Buyer's responsibility
The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the watch.
Refund
Upon receipt of the returned product, Bespoke Watch will refund the amount to be refunded using the same payment method used during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
